Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy/Fytotherapie) is the term for Traditional Medicine used across the world, whether is TCM (Traditional Chinese Herbal), Ayurvedic (Indian Herbal) or Phytotherapy (European Herbal), it is the practice of using natural herbs to cure disease. In European Herbal medicine, medicines are given in the form of tinctures (alcohol based herbal liquid), dried herbs, herbal creams, teas, lotions, lineaments, pessaries, suppositories and capsules. Vanessa Mulvey, originally from Hastings UK, is a qualified Medical Herbalist BSc Hons (Middlesex University). She has completed a 4 year European Herbal Medicine degree.
